Makes two (or one if you are particularly thirsty). There is a high ratio of alcohol to non-alcohol content. The amount of ice served with the drink will reduce the ratio; the drink should be allowed to rest for a minute or two before the first sip!
Ingredients:
3 ounces tequila añejo (or your preference)
1 1/2 ounces triple sec
1 cup crushed ice, separated
Limes
Cocktail shaker
Use 1/4 cup of ice for the shaker; share the remaining ice between two cocktail glasses. Add the tequila, triple sec and 1 ounce of lime juice to the shaker. Shake and pour! Garnish with limes if the drink will last long enough to look pretty.
