Hurray for the first day of spring! Boo for all the snow still piled up in your garden. Most of our snow is gone now, but there are still patches here and there where it was really piled up - and of course, one of the piles was right at the front of my shed, which also has a big chunk of ice blocking the door...sigh.
Yes, I guess you are further south so warm up a bit sooner. But I also have a LOT of trees which tends to slow down the melt each year. I will likely have patches of snow well into May but thankfully not where I have the garden.

DeleteMy yard is similar. There are a few spots that you can see, but mostly not. I do see a corner of my raised beds.
ReplyDeleteOh, me too! I've just started to see the outline of my raised beds earlier today.
DeleteLooks like here, but here it is snowing on the first day of Spring!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I know. I almost felt bad complaining considering how hard some of you got hit in the U.S. Yikes, plus more snow!
